Bubblewrap Therapy...
Since I haven't been updating in a while (despite the fact that I've been on holidays for the past week... I know, Baaad blogger!) I thought I'd give you the highlights of my week (which is mainly two things):
Friday Feb 21:
Went to the dentist and in the evening, mom threw me a birthday-dinner-party-thing:
Lovely flowers from my lovely friend! =) She attended the dinner and I absolutely love the color and the fact that they look like they are made of velvet! ^^
Everything I got that day
From Mom and Sister
A beautiful heart necklace in Silver from my sister
My mother gave me this wallet
Another beautiful necklace from another friend (who couldn't be at the dinner).
My friend (the same one who gave me the roses) gave me a CD which she had made herself, and a prefume-bottle which she had gotten from Tunis.
My friend's sister got me these beautiful earrings and bracelet
My friend's dad gave me this book on Women ^^ apparently it's a book for Women of all ages....
And my Amazing aunts and Uncles in Australia sent me THE ENTIRE TWILIGHT SERIES TO ME! YAY!!! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU! I wish I didn't have all the homework so I could spend this holiday reading these books instead.......
After the main dinner when everyone was just talkin, me, my sis, my friend and her sis went in to my room to listen to the CD she had made for me and to burst those little bubbles on the bubblewrap in which the books were sent. My friend thought that it worked great as therapy ^^
The rest of the week:
The other thing I've done this week, is that my sister and I went to my room at school and stayed there for a night. It was really fun and my sister redecorated my room. We had icecream for breakfast.
I have had too much homework this week.
I'm also learning how to drive and my mother thinks I'm getting better so that's good ^^
I really don't want to go back to school on Monday.
Gotta go now
Kisses & Hugs!

The Funeral....
I don't like English!
Actually that's not completely true, cause I do, but I don't like this assignment that we have. I ahve to write 1 A4 on a subject (that I chose, but still) from either 1984 by George Orwell or The Handmaid's Tale by Maraget Atwood. I chose to speak as a scientist from the book 1984 and trying to explain why we don't need emotions (stupid, stupid me!) and now I can't think of a single thing to write.... AAAAAAAAH! DIE DIE DIE! Or... well..... don't..... but I really wish I didn't have to do this.

Nothing Left To Lose...
Well, it is finally here. The day I've dreaded for a year and now it's over. Almost anyway. I remember when I was a little girl (oh gosh, I'm starting to sound like those 80 year old ladies you see on the TV or on the movies occasionally) and my birthday used to be something magical. I was the bell of the ball. I was the princess. An entire day revolving around me. I was the center of attention and I loved it. I got a cake in the morning and in the evenings my mother would always say (because I was the oldest): "This is the first time I get to put an X-year old to sleep" (likewise she said to my sister the day before her birthday (because she is younger than me): "This is the last time I get to put an X-year old to sleep"). I don't know what made that so special and so precious to me back then. Maybe it was because I felt big, maybe it was the fact that I got to eat cake for breakfast, but it was something about that special day that I cherished, and now it's not there anymore. Instead of counting the days to my birthday with joy over the fact that I was getting older I am now dreading the day and I'd rather not have it at all. To me, now, getting older is something I want to avoid to the max, and my birthday does not feel very special anymore.I don't know what created that atmosphere when I was growing up but it's now gone. Don't get me wrong, I appreciate all the gestures and the singing (I really appreciate it that all of my Biology-classmates stood up and sang for me in Bio, thank you guys for that) and the wishing a Happy Birthday (and I really thought that my lollipop was sweet, and of course the cake and the presents that my friends brought after school. I love you guys!) and everything else that comes along, but no matter how many times I get wished a happy birthday, it doesn't bring back that special feeling that I'm the princess (though my friends with the present and cake came very close in succeeding, I have to say, and it was very sweet! The note on the packet is now on my door, I might add ;) ). Though I have felt that this was my special day, I don't have that childhood feeling that used to be there, and I really miss that...
Okay, enough of my birthday depressions now. So today I got some of my presents :) Not the ones from home, cause them I'm getting on Friday, but I got that lollipop from one of my classmates, and from the ones with the cake, I got bubbles for bubble bath (that is sliiiiiiiiightly addictive... mmm.... bubble bath..... *drool*;)), a sponge in the shape of a frog and balloons for all my problems (like my birthday depression perhaps :P) and my mother sent me some money... Oh and the cake was great too! Also, I was Little Miss Popular today (hmmm.... wonder why :P) and I got a bunch of texts and my mother and sister called this morning at 6.45 and sang for me ^^ I thought that was sweet of them.
All in all, it was quite a good day anyway, and it wasn't nearly as bad as I thought it would be :)
Gotta go now though.
Love ya all, and thanks for all the attention on my special day :D

The Fear...
This is it! In less than two hours, my life will be over! Okay, fine, sliiiiightly exaggerating, but still! I'm not THAT old, but I don't need to get any older, thank you very much. I don't want to have my birthday tomorrow, and really not when I have to go to school either! Tomorrow, I'm in school between 8 am and 4 pm, and it is not fair! I don't even get good food tomorrow! This is gonna be the worst birthday ever! Please people, can't someone declare that tehre is no February 17 from now on? Pretty please with a cherry on top? Anyway, I've gotta go to bed now and think about how miserable my life will get...

500 Days Of Summer...
I am, without a doubt, the most bored person on this planet (I swear, if someone's going to die of boredom, it will be me!) so, to cheer myself up a bit, I was browsing CDON.COM to have a look at some movie prices. One thing lead to another and I ended up going on IMDB to check out some of my personal favourite actors/actresses work. Anyway, so I was browsing the page of Zooey Deschanel (the sister of Emily Deschanel) and found that she starrs in this new movie Called "500 Days of Summer" I went on the Tube (aka.YouTube) and found this little Promo for the movie. I think it sounds quite good (I am not being bias because Zooey starrs in it...or maybe a little :P) so I thought I'd share the promo with all you guys :)
500 Days of Summer
And, oh yes, I was so bored I hyperlinked all the websites :P
Gotta go do boring Math....

WOHOO! I made it and I'm alive! Okay, slight exaggeration. I never thought that I would die and I thought it would go okay. The kids were having fun (or at least I think they did) and so did my classmate and I (or at least I think we did) :P We went out and had pizza and then we played in the snow and walked around in the city for a while before we went back to the movienight and sat in the hallway and ate popcorn...
Well, have som stuff to do before I go to bed

It's not Over...
Have to admit that I'm a tad bit nervous...since we're having a movienight today, me and a classmate are going to take care of our teacher's kids and I feel a bit nervous about that :P. Anyway, I've almost gotten over it by now, and now I'm just hoping alot of people will show up for the movienight that we've arranged so we can get money four our trip to Scotland....
Gotta go now.

Somewhere a clock is ticking....
I've decided to boycott the Swedish newscastings from now on. not that I watchend them before, but they are of absolutely no interest to me and what they call international news are baiscally 5 minutes on the situation in Iraq and possibly, possibly something from Russia or the US but only if it has any connections to Sweden or Iraq. Fine, I haven't watched the news in a while, but I used to watch BBC, I think it was, when we had our channels, but since they removed them, I haven't watched TV in a looooooooooong while!
I hate the fact that we don't have the channels that I like to watch. We have what? 4 channels or something? and they are the channels I don't watch! They removed our channels for a couple of weeks ago, and the only reason I've survived so far is because of my computer. Yes I am one of those people who have gotten too attached to technology and can't live without it. My mother was here this weekend when I participated in the play The House of Bernarda Alba, and when I got back, she was watching the Eurovision Song Contest the Swedish tryouts. I think htat the only reason she was watching it was because I had no channels. I personally think that ESC has become too overrated and I've lost interest since a couple of years back. I think it's become too blown out of proportion somehow. I can't explain why.
Short and simple, I stongly dislike: Swedish news, the fact that I don't have any channels and Eurovision Song Contest.... I also strongly dislike potatoes (especially concidering we get that in school pretty much every day of the week....)
Gotta go or I'll be late for school

Are you perhaps a Catholic?
For God's sake people, give me a rest!
For all of you who don't know, last Sunday I got a surprise visit from Jehovah's Witness (they are so contradictory they shouldn't be a religion going around talking to people, in my opinion... sure, other christian (I'm talking christian cause that's the only thing I'm familiar with) religions can be contradictory as well, from time to time, but they don't go around preaching the word of God at people's front doors) and from a woman who apparently couldn't take a hint. I stood there and told her what I believed (something I had just made up) and then stood by that all the time, but this woman wouldn't give up.
Anyway, today, Jehovah's Witness came back! This time it was that same woman (only she was quiet this time) with another woman, who was talking. they said basically the same thing today as last time, but whatever. I made up a new story, fitting the needs for this visit, and I stood by that one the entire visit, and then in the end, the woman asks me: Are you perhaps a Catholic?
Are you perhaps a Catholic? What kind of question is that!? I was on the verge of starting to laugh so hard when the woman asked me that. I managed to keep it together and told them politely that no, I was not a catholic, but protestant, and the woman looked at me almost as if I was a saint or something and told me how good it was that some people has strong opinions and thought about the Armageddon (Yeah right!) etc. and what was going to happen. I smiled politely and said that there are things that are worth the time to think about (religion fit in to that? NO!) and the funny thing was that right before she asked me about my religion, she asked me what I thought was going to happen when Armageddon happened and I told her straight to her face that I didn't care.
Well, some people clearly don't know when enough is enough.
Love ya all
